Coming out of the Shadows...
Whether they be big or small....I love a shadow box and I can't wait to create one especially for Indigo's bedroom. They are a great way to store and display all those little knick knacks and memento's that are collected over the years.
Did you know that shadow boxes are an old naval tradition of displaying medals, awards and achievements. Nowadays they are made in all shapes and sizes. Objects like small wooden crates and printers drawers are being upcycled and reused to create unique shadow boxes.
Paint them bright colours or back them with vintage printed paper...the options are a many.
Perfect for china ornaments, figurines, lego men, match box cars and even a creative version of a doll's house.
When you group things together they start to tell a story...
